Privacy policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Ordering
Free fax, phone, write or e-mail our sales department with your order.
Using the order form may help to speed up your order.
There is an order form available to download on our website, www.peterdrew.com.

Payment
Credit account customers are invoiced for payment in 30 days.
Customers without a credit account may pay by debit or credit card or bank transfer.
(MasterCard, Visa, Switch).

Samples
Order samples as above.
If the samples are not to your requirements simply return them unworn for a full credit, see returns.
For a collection service call 08707 50 80 70 or 01789 774777.
If you keep the samples send your payment direct to Peter Drew Contracts Ltd for the invoiced amount.

Delivery
Orders received by noon will be delivered next working day during working hours, subject to stock availability.
Saturday, pre-noon and pre 10.30am deliveries are available at extra cost, please enquire.

Returns
You may return unworn, unbranded or unaltered garments for exchange or full refund within 10 working days of receipt. Please include in the parcel a copy of the original paperwork.
Returns should be sent using a signed service as goods remain invoiced to you until received safely on our premises.
Goods must be returned with their original labels and packaging in a saleable condition or else the goods may not be credited or may be subject to a restocking charge.

Specification
All sizes are shown in inches. Due to our policy of continuous improvement we reserve the right to supply items which may vary slightly from those photographed.

Prices
Prices quoted do not include VAT or carriage.
Outsize garments may be a higher price.
Higher rate of discount may be available for larger quantities than those shown, please enquire.

Carriage
Orders over £300 are delivered next working day free of charge.
Orders under £300 will be charged £8.95 P&P for delivery next working day.
Carriage prices are for UK mainland, please ask for prices for other areas.

Colour reproduction
Colours shown are as accurate as the printing process allows, so please ask for a sample.
